7- homecoming?

"hurry up" I hear Aaron call, I'm currently in the bathroom getting ready for school, I unlock the bathroom doors and head into my bedroom only to hear him growl at the mess I made from my makeup, his fault for rushing me. I finish getting ready and head downstairs and jump straight into axels car, before long both boys have joined me and we are on our way to school, life is boring here and there has been no talk of when it is safe for me to go home.

the minute we arrive at school I notice Jacob standing close by trying to get my attention, I jump out of the car and walk over to him, the boys have stopped protecting me and just let me do what I want they just pretend they are around there parents.

"what?" I question as I reach Jacob

"not here, to many ears" he mumbles making me nod my head, we head into the wooded area

"People know you are out of the castle" he mumbles making me sit down

"okay?" I question, I knew this would happen, took longer then I thought

"look Ashley" I stop him right there

"dude my name is Nora, I'm in hiding remember" I growl out making him nod

"sorry, Nora you don't understand, a group of fairies found a photo of you and are trying to find a way to put your face out there it's not safe even in hiding for you anymore, before long your face will be everywhere with your actual name and staus, you will be hurt. you'll be safe in the vampire palace, my parents have been trying to find you to put you in protection, people think vampires and werewolves hate each other and while the general public do the royal families are all friends, you can be safe with us" Jacob crocks making me shake my head

"I knew they would come after me, I am not putting you in danger, if they want to put my face out there they can I don't even care anymore, my powers are getting stronger every day and I will tare them apart if I have to" I shake my head making him nod

"okay well, will you go to homecoming with me? so I can keep an eye on you" he smiles making me nod

"yea I will, we need to get to class though" I grumble out, Jacob holds his hand out for me to take and I willingly grab it and head to class, we found out we share every class together so this will be easy.

as we walk towards class I notice a few stares, our hands are no longer holding so it can't be that, Jacob randomly stops in the hallway and you can tell he is communicating with his parents.

"they know, let's get you out of here" Jacob hurries out before taking my hand and leading me out of the school, I turn my head to see axel and Aaron rushing after us,

"why is everyone staring at you?" axel questions when we reach jacobs car

"the faires have put my picture out into the world" I grumble out making the boys exchange a look

"go to the house, both of you ill tell dad you are allowed in, don't take her out of your sight we will do ground control" axel comments

"I can help with that" Jacob comments before snapping his fingers and a small boy shows up

"my prince how can I help" he questions, I immediately know that's his protector

"compel everyone here that they don't know that Nora is Ashley, then contact her parents and tell them to send her protector" Jacob comments

"don't contact them, I don't need my protector but do compel everyone" I chime up making the small boy look up at me

"you're the go" I stop him from finishing his sentence

"go" I growl making him disappear. I jump into jacobs car and we take off driving

"why did my protector listen to you, they don't normally" Jacob comments

"I don't know" I laugh out.

once we arrive at the packhouse I notice the alpha and beta waiting

"my son said a vampire was coming" the alpha speaks

"he means no harm, he's a family friend" I muse out making the two look at each other

"so he is royalty?" they question in union

"yes but he too is hiding his identity" they nod

"it's safe to go to your room, we are getting into contact with your parents to see what they want to be done" I nod my head before pulling Jacob upstairs, not how I thought today would go and that's for sure.
