Chapter 9: Dance with my brother

I have been crying for days now. I did not even go to school. I didn't answer all the phone calls and text messages from Hotarua and my classmates. I did not receive my visitors. I just stayed in my room. Go to the kitchen and eat when my mother calls me.

...

I was thinking of what happened. How my brother looked.. what he did to senpai..

Someone knocked. 

Maybe called to eat lunch or something.

I opened the door and saw my brother.

"Come you should eat now."

I let him go down first before I followed.

"Here's your food."

I nodded.

"Thank you."

I couldn't eat very well. .... especially when my mother is not there to cheer me up.

Then I heard a song.

Brother offered his hand.

"Will you dance with me?"

I did not answer.

"Just now."

I looked at him and I decided to dance with him.

At first, I didn't have the energy to dance with him.

Then, after a few minutes... we started laughing.

Then he looked at me.

"Akiko.."

I felt sad again.

He embraced me.. I guess he noticed it.

So we were dancing like a couple//

"You really like Ken?"

"uhm"

"Why did you not tell him, even when I was still in London."

I did not answer for awhile.

"I guess, I am not yet ready because......"

 I loosen the way he embraced me and...

"because you're not yet here."

I continued.

"I have been waiting for you for a long time.... even if I didn't get letters from you.

"I've been waiting because you're my brother."

He embraced me again.

"Oh my little princess, you grew up way to fast."

I smiled.

"I am really sorry for what I've done to your prince."

I laughed but he looked at me seriously and held on my hand.
