Chapter 8: あいしてる せんぱい！！（I love you senpai!!）

When I was about to enter our house. I wanted to ask something.

"Senpai."

He looked at me.

"You have been really nice to me. You would always walk me home, help me with my homeworks, help me with my studies, eat with me and Hotaru.....and you kissed me.

"Do you like me senpai?"

This is my first time confront the person I like..... my first time to confront my feelings....

He looked at me and smiled.

"I don't know if you're an idiot are what....but name me a guy who does all those things for a girl...and tells her that he does like her!"

"Senpai, so you kissed me because......"

Someone went running towards senpai and smacked his face......my onii-chan.

"You kissed her!

"You know that she is my sister..... you're not even her boyfriend and you kissed her!"

I went near them....trying to stop them..

"Senpai..onii-chan..please stop"

But they wouldn't stop.

"STOP!"

I shouted this time they stopped but...

"Don't you ever go near my sister again! Never!"

My brother looked at him with those wild eyes of his.

It's my first time to see him so angry.

"And you, Akiko, go inside now. Don't make contacts with Ken anymore."

I didn't move neither did sempai..

So my brother pulled me inside.

"Never talk to him again. Go to your room now."

"Why!!??"

I was already crying/

"Go to your room now!"

He shouted at me. 

I saw mother went in.

She was about to ask but I run towards my room.

I was crying for quite awhile now. Then my brother knocked.

"Akiko."

I am still crying.

"Akiko."

He mentioned my name again.

I just went near the door but I didn't open it.

"Do you like...... your senpai?"

I did not answer. I never thought there would come a time...where I have to be honest to my brother that I like someone.

"If you like him knock , if you don't ...just don't knock."

Should I knock?

"A--"

I knocked.

This time he did not knock or ask permission to enter before entering my room.

He knelt in front of me.

"You like him?"

This is it, Akiko.

"I do like him. It's just that, I always thought that it is wrong to like my senpai. I also think he does not want me. But now? Of course, should I even waste the opportunity that the person I love ...loves me too?! "

My brother kept silent.

"Onii-chan! Tell me!!

Since he did not answer. I went to bed and covered myself with my blanket.

After a few minutes, he left and closed the door.

I didn't eat something for dinner so I just slept when I was able to calm down.
