Chapter Ten

I woke up in the same spot I usually wake up every Saturday, in Ben's bed. Sweat still on the sheet from last night. Ben's eyes open after a few minutes after mine.
"Morning babe." Ben says in a deep morning voice.
"Good morning." I say back.
"It's always a good morning when you're here." Ben flirts.
"Shut up." I say with a laugh.
"It'd be so cool if you acted cuter than you look." Ben retorted jokingly.
"I'm not cute, I'm a man." I say in a stern voice.
"Whatever you say cutie." Ben says before turning away to face the opposite direction of me.
"How have I even tolerated you for these last two months?" I mumbled.
"Because I'm good looking, funny, and have you seen this ass?" Ben questioned back.
"Good point." I replied.
I check my phone's clock to see that I start work in a an hour. "Sorry Ben, I have to go, I have to get to work." I say throwing on my clothes.
"It's fine, but I'm having some work friends come over tonight, and they've been dying to meet you. Do you think you could come?" Ben asked.
"Yeah sure. I'll talk to you after work." I say quickly leaving.
When I went into my car, I thanked myself for always leaving extra work clothes in the back seat. I quickly change into my work clothes, since I wouldn't have time to stop home. On my way to work I pass by the gay club that I met Ben in. I thought about how great these last two months have been with him. When I first got my I.D I planned on sleeping with every guy I saw, but I found Ben. At first this was only to get over Josiah, but I think I really starting to like Ben.
During work I began to feel anxious about tonight. I didn't know Ben talked about me. I mean it's flattering, but I feel wrong about not introducing Ben to my friends, family, or even have him over , but I don't really have a choice.
After my shift I hurried home to get ready for tonight. I quickly sent Ben a text.
"Hey what time should I come over?"
Ben replied within a minute. "Whenever you're ready my friends just got here don't keep them waiting too long!"
I quickly finished getting ready looking the best I could. Walking out the door I quickly let my mom and Josiah know I was leaving.
"Later mom, later Josiah." I yelled.
"Later Johnny, be safe, and Josiah went out." She replied.
I go to my car, and hurriedly start the car to be on my way. Focusing on quickly arriving, but not trying to get pulled over, I reach Ben's house in record time.
I walk into Ben's apartment where I'm greeted by a bunch of men coming up to see me.
"Hey babe." Ben says walking up to me.
"Hey." I reply.
The first man to approach me is an older guy, who still is able to maintain a younger look. "So you're the infamous Mike we've been hearing about?"
"That's me." I reply with a timid laugh.
"Hope you treat him well, poor Benny falls pretty fast, but don't worry he has a great heart." The man told me. Ben begins to blush.
"I've noticed." I said with a smile.
I went along greeting the rest of the men, learning their names. It was all going well, until I looked up, and locked eyes with a familiar face.
