We don't know how this happened or why this happened, we just know that we have to survive. We always thought that Zombies weren't real right? That, that shit only happens in the movies and books? Well we were wrong. They're not like normal zombies you see on the TV either, they run and they run fast as hell. Can't go outside because the air is toxic, as soon as you breathe in that air, you start to turn. My bestfriend Mia was the first example and my brother Zay had to kill her because she was trying to eat our little sister Bella.
There's just one thing that confuses us all, why is it that only I can breathe the air and not turn? I don't have to wear a gas mask like my siblings and my friends. I can walk straight out the door and I'll still be human in the next 24 hours.
