*Lexie POV*

"Hey Amelia!"

"Hey Lexie. Congratulation by the way."

"For what?" I said nervously.

"You and Sloan, you're together, right?"

"Yeah we are. Thanks. When's the wedding?"

"In a month, I can't wait!"

"Cool! I have to go, see you later."

I walk away. I was so afraid she knew that I was pregnant. I hate it. I have to lie to everyone.

"Hey Lexipedia!"

"Alex! How's Jo?"

"Not pregnant, if that's what you wanted to know."

"So she is?"

"Shut up Grey!"

"I knew it."

"Please don't tell anyone or she will have my ass."

"I won't, don't worry."

"So you and Sloan..."

"It's a thing!"

*beep**beep*

911 at the pit.

"Did you got page too?" I ask him.

"Yeah"

We both run to the pit.

"What do we got?" I ask the paramedic.

"15 years old female with incisions on the head and on the stomach. She's pregnant."

Oh god! The poor girl had incision right at the level of her uterus. The one one her head was full of blood and you could tell it wasn't all hers.

"Do you think we can save both?"

"There is only one way to know it. I need a CT and a scan!" Alex yelled to a nurse.

"How was the surgery?" Mark ask me.

"We lost the baby, but the mother should be fine."

He kiss me.

"That won't happen to you."

"I know. I love you."

"Have you tell anyone?"

"No, did you? If you say that you told Callie and Arizona I'll strangle you."

"I didn't told anyone."

"Not even Derek?"

"Not even Derek. I told you, that baby is our secret."

"Well, before that secret comes out, we could still have fun."

"I love what your talking about."

"Like the old time?"

"Like the hold time."

We walk to an on-call room.

"After you Dr. Grey."

"Thank you Dr. Sloan."

"Leslie stop running around!" I told her.

"I'm just so exited, daddy is coming home whit Sofia!"

"You played with Sofia all day!"

"I know but it's more fun to have her home plus she's my sister so... it's more exiting!"

"What did you eat?"

"Why?"

"Leslie, did you eat candies?"

"No... maybe... yes!"

"Go take a bath before they arrive, maybe it will calm you down."

"I don't need to calm down." She said whit a pouty face.

"You do and you don't want to smell when your sister comes."

"Oh no, I smell that bad. I have to take a bath!" She said while running to the washroom.

"Brian could you come here for a second."

"No, I have to do stuff before daddy comes."

"Well... you will not eat the rest of the icing I just made!"

"Sugar!" He said while running to the table. "Where is my sugar!"

Ding, dong.

"That must be your father, wait a second."

I walk to the door and open it. It Mark and Sofia.

"Hey!" I look at Mark. "Hi Sofia, do you want to go play with Leslie?"

"Yes! Where is she?"

"She's taking a bath, but you could wait for her in the living room."

"Okay!" She walk to the sofa and sit.

"You're beautiful!" Mark whisper in my ear.

"Thanks."

We kiss.

"Yuck, that's disgusting." We heard Leslie says.

"Hey baby" Mark said.

"I'm not a baby, I'm almost six!"

"Okay honey, you're not a baby anymore. Go play now, Sofia is waiting for you."

Mark is watching a movie with the kids. He's a good father. I couldn't imagine anyone else to be the twins father. The kids adore him and he adores them. Now we are "the Sloan family" and there is one more baby coming soon. All I regret is not telling him sooner that he was the twins father. I love him so much.

Ding, dong.

"I'll go get it."

I walk to the door and open it.

"Hey Lexie. Did you miss me?"

"Thomas, what are you doing here?"

"I'm here for you and the twins. I think about what you asked me, I would love us to be a family."

I'm in shock. Mark walk to Thomas and I. He take my shoulders in his hands.

"Who are you?" He ask.
