Prologue
November 2, 1976 was the dawning of a New Age in America, post the Nixon resignation in August, 1974...and the troublesome Watergate scandal in June, 1972.
President Jimmy Carter, who took over from Nixon, stood at account for not saving America from their woes.
And, as he vacated The White House, Carter smiled at the former staff...as he...and his wife, Rosalynn, waved for the last time...And Ford, (and his wife Betty Bloomer), waved as well, knowing that the incoming 38th President had disposed of the 37th President, without prejudice...unaware that a new kind of threat would cause terror...which was called Ebola.
