It is with a heavy heart, that our very own Carlos de Vil, Cameron Boyce, has passed away from a seizure late in the night from and ongoing medical problem.
Many of us will be torn in watching Descendants 3, as it was the last project he worked on in the title role of Carlos.
To find out in the news this morning that he passed away, I was shocked and stunned into silence for a good while. All of his friends and family saw him as an energetic, kind, young man who loved to laugh and do the best he could in whatever he did. Loved by his family and friends, they join us in our grief of a wonderful human being that left us too early and has barely begun his life.
I say this to Cameron Boyce's family, friends, and the entire cast and crew of Disney's Descendants when I say that we are so sorry for his loss and we will miss him dearly.
Rest in Peace Cameron Boyce.
