---------------Devin's POV--------------

Ari took a deep breath. And began to cry.

Her face had crumpled in tears.

Even though she looked like a gorgeous, devastated angel, I didn't want her sad.

I reached out and pulled her towards me, away from the crowds and into the Private living room.

I pulled her even closer, and she buried her head in my chest.

I stroked her head and asked softly, "Why?"

"I...I just..."she choked out and I shook my head softly.

She didn't need to answer.

After a few minutes she calmed down enough for us to go back to the party.

I said softly, "I love you."

She nodded and said,"I love you too."

I heard squealing as three girls stepped out from behind the curtain.

"Mom! Alice! Rosalie!" Ari said embarrassed.

She began to blush, that beautiful blush.

"Sorry dear but we have to keep an eye on my angel." said Renesmee as they headed towards the party.

"OMG! ARI!" screamed Alice as she left.

"Sorry for them." said my angel, drawing my attention back to her.

"It's fine. Ready to head towards the party?" I said, gesturing towards the door.

--------------------Ari's POV-----------------------

"Yeah." I said, heading out to the party.

I couldn't believe my mom, Alice, and Rosalie. I was so mad.

And then that that thing shows up and I break into tears over it.

But Devin loves me.

Devin shut the door behind us as I began scanning the room for June.

She was over by the front door, looking out of place.

I raced over to her and pulled her over to Devin.

"Thanks Ari. I love being dragged." she teased.

"You're welcome." I said grinning.

"WHOA! When did you two become friendly?!?!" said Devin, shaking his head in disbelief.

"When you left!" we said together.

He grinned and I kissed him.

It was a nice long kiss, with the magical fireworks.

June began gagging and saying,"STOP! I don't need to see my brother and my closest friend making out!"

"Sorry Ju. That's what you get for befriending you brother's girlfriend." said Devin after we pulled away.

"Ari, you might want to wash your lips." said June teasingly.

I smiled and laughed.
