Chapter Eight

Chapter 8:

“You are very right, for once…” I smirk and he chuckles just slightly I rest my head on his chest listening to his heart beat speed up, “Angel is at my mom’s while we are out of the state, but I have plans to Skype her before she goes to bed, would you like to join me?” I ask looking up at him. His heart about shoots out of his chest at how fast it is going,

“I would love to!” He smiles big, he is just so damn sexy when he has this humble look over that cocky one.

“And for the record, the WWE Universe would have to be insane not to love this you…I know I do.” His smile widens,

“And I love you.” My heart flutters I’ve missed Nick so much,

I pull out my iPhone and answer the Skype call coming in, “How is my Angel?” I ask cheerful as her face appears and burst with joy at seeing my face,

“She misses her mommy!” Angel smiles with a light giggle in here Dora pajamas,

“I miss you too, in face mommy got you a surprise…” I turn the camera to Nick and she screams with joy,

“DADDY!” Nick’s smile grows as tears come to his eyes he places his hand on my knee looking at me grateful before turning back to the camera.

“Angel!” he screams back in the same excited tone and she giggles, “I’m so happy to finally see you, when mommy and I get back we are gonna be spending like every day together. Cause let’s face it I could use an angel in life.” She smiles big as she cries making tears come to my eyes,

“I love you, Daddy…” she whispers almost as though she was afraid to say it,

“I love you too, sweetie now be a good girl and sleep.” He says trying to sound stern but the smile on his face deceived him,

“Mmkay, night mommy, night daddy!” we watch her climb into bed as my mom brings the laptop closer to her.

“Goodnight, love.” We both say in one voice, mom kisses her head for us then walks out of the room,

“Nice to finally see you again.” Mom says to Nick bitterly, he rolls his eyes I forgot how much they always hated each other.

“Bye mom.” I drag on the word mom and hang up.

“Can’t believe that woman STILL hates me.” He groans getting up to stretch I laugh remembering why she started hating him in the first place,

“Well you did throw a party in my house and pee on her brand new couch, not to mention deflowering her daughter. All in one night!” I laugh and Nick bursts into laughter with me his face turning red, I’m not sure if it was from embarrassment or just cause he was laughing so hard.

“That was still over 10 years ago she should get over it and let’s be honest you seduced me not the other way around.” He winks playfully at me and I smack his shoulder,

“Boy please, that was all you.” I start sing “You wanted all of this, all of this.” As I sway my body in front of him he places his hands on my hips pulling me on to his lap.

“I don’t know about then but I sure do now…” he whispers in my ear making the hairs on the back of my neck stand up, he kisses my neck gently and I quickly stand up pulling away.

“You still have something to take care of before you get any of this.” I smirk and he looks at me confused, I roll my eyes turning my hand into an L and placing it on my forehead.

“Nikki…” he sighs plainly as an aha look appears on his face, I nod. “After the match I’ll fix everything.”

The match was coming close to an end and Nick should run out here any minute it’s going to shock everyone when they see he ditched his bleach blonde hair and went with the natural color. Nikki kicks me out of the ring and the referee leans over it make sure I’m okay, Nick jumps from the audience and grabs Brie’s leg pulling her out of the ring. Nikki is yelling at Nick and that was my cue to get back in the ring and pin her quickly, one, two, three. The bell rings and Nick climbs in the ring pulling me in a tight hug, I hear Cole and Jerry in commentary trying to figure out who it was that interfered, “Wait is that Dolph Ziggler?!” Cole says surprised at his new look.

Nick grabs a mic and with that crocked grin of his he says “We no longer show OFF, we show UP the competition.” With that we walk off hand in hand the crowd going crazy with excitement.

"Now you just need to take care of Nikki." I whisper to him and his smile fades quickly as his face pales, what is it about that girl that makes him so weak? He better not change his mind at the last second...
