ANNIE

Jayden and Brynn convinced me to go to
Jack's party tonight.
I actually wasn't in the mood for drinking, dancing and boys flirting.

Since they told me about him & her,
I was back to thinking about him non-stop.
Were his feelings towards me even real ?
You can't love someone other after this short amount of time, right ?
I reproached myself for breaking up with him.
I wasn't crying.
But the nightmares about the kiss came back.
And the panic attacks became frequently.
I couldn't do anything against it.
As much as I tried.
And obviously he had already moved on.
I had never shown him how deep down he pushed me.
How deep down he had let me fall.

-

You guessed it, I'm going to that party.

Currently Jayden curled my hair, while Brynn searched my outfit.

I applied some lipgloss and mascara.
I didn't have the motivation to do more.

"That's perfect. You will look stunning"

Jayden pointed at the outfit.
Brynn smiled proudly.

She is definitely the one with the best eye for fashion. She always pics out our outfits, and of course she always looks perfect.
She kinda taught Jayden and me that.
And she is very good at drawing,
I'm kinda jealous.

Jayden is the most athletic one of us.
Tbh, she is the best dancers I've ever seen.
She tried to teach me some of her moves, but dancing is just not my thing.

I did gymnastics when I was little, so I can still do my skills.
But that's in the past.
I'm really into singing, writing and photography with my new camera.
I love to play the ukulele, and I also performed in front of my friends some of my own songs.
Jayden and Brynn hype me up so much, and I love that they say I'm the best singer they've ever heard.

But back to reality.

As we entered, I was immediately reminded why I never wanted to go here in first place.
The music. The people. The drinking.

I wanted to turn around but Jayden squeezed my hand to tell me it's going to be okay.

I just wanted to sit down, or dance a little until the party is over.
No drinking for me.
I'm not even slightly in
the mood for getting drunk, not very usual after a break up actually.

JOHNNY

I saw her the moment she walked in.
She stood there, in this white dress, looking as beautiful as possible.
She stood there with this cute, pure smile, not even noticing the magical effect she had on people.
She did nothing.
She just laughed about the joke of some girl, but the way she threw her head back and let out her precious laugh, made me smile.
She didn't even know how much she made me want to go up to her and kiss her soft, perfect lips.

Halsey snapped me out of my thoughts as she gave me a drink.
She smiled.
But it was not even near to the beautiful smile of Annie.
Okay, snap out of it John.
You have a girlfriend.
girlfriend.

ANNIE

I've seen him around.
He seemed happy.
And Halsey never left his side.
That Bitch.
If looks could murder she would be dead a thousand times already.

I left Brynn and Jayden as they already met some guys, and walked into the backyard.

Nobody was there, just me and my thoughts.
I was starting to get angry.
I couldn't see him longer being happy, while I cried myself to sleep the last weeks.
And I couldn't see him happy with her.
Not. With. Her.
