Chapter 18: camping!

Chase's pov

"Hey Addison come with me" I say pulling her up from the ground

I walk her over to the boat and we get in

It's night now and I have a big surprise for her

I pull up to the sandbar that I set up with a picnic basket, a blanket, and candles

"Chase oh my god" she says looking at it all

And I know what y'all are thinking why are we here while she is pregnant? Well we asked the doctor and she said the baby is strong enough for us to be doing this

I'm brought back to reality to the sound of laughter

I look at Addison and see her hands on her stomach with a huge smile in her face

I walk over to her and place my hands on her stomach

I kiss her and the baby goes wild

Addison pulls away and looks down at her stomach

"Ouch" she mutters while the baby keeps kicking

"You ok baby?" I ask taking my hands off her stomach

"Yea I'm just. Gonna sit down for a minute" she says sitting on the boat

I sit beside and put my hand on her knee

"Are you sure your ok?" I ask looking at while she tries to control her breathing

"It hurts" she says with tears in her eyes

I hear her wince in pain and I pull her in my lap

She cries into my shoulder

"Baby maybe we should go home" I say kissing her head

"No" she says wincing "I'm ok"

"Ahhh" she yells

"It's ok. Your ok" I say running my fingers through her hair

After a lite bit I feel something g wet in my leg and I look at Addison

I see al the color drain from her face when all of a sudden she screams out in pain

"Chase. The baby's coming!" she yells again

"Baby just breath we don't have time to get home" I say laying her on the couch on the boat

"No we have to get home! I can't do this here!" she says crying

"Calm down. It's going to be ok" I say running circles on her leg

I mind link Oliver and tell him the baby is coming and not even 4 seconds later he's right beside me with Carly

"Don't just stand there! do something!" Addison yells with tears streaming down her face

"Ok um I went to school for about a year to be a doctor" Carly says "ok bend your legs and spread your legs"

I walk over by Addison and hold her hand

I watch Oliver walk beside Carly and hold Addison's leg

I watch Carly remove Addison's swim suit bottoms as Addison screams when another contraction comes

"It's ok baby" I say holding her hand

"It hurts so much" she says with tears pouring out of her eyes

"It's gonna be ok" I say

"Ok Addison you can start pushing when the next contraction comes" Carly says looking at us

I see Addison shake her head and then push

I hear her scream as she falls back exhausted

"Come on Addie you can do it" Carly says

I watch her push again and this time we get some where

"Ok the head is out. 2 more pushes"

I watch Addison push as hard as she can and then I hear a baby screaming

I look up at see Carly holding my son

She hands him to me and I pull him close to me

I cut the umbilical cord and wrap the baby in a towel

"Can I see him?" I hear Addison ask

I hand him to her and she smiles

"Hi baby" she says holding him close to her

I smile I'm the luckiest person alive
