"Meryl! Charlie!"yelled marina in her loud sharp Russian accent. "You need to make deeper connections when you skate! You act like strangers who have only just met each other instead of 17 year partners!" It felt strange for me and Charlie because Maks and I broke up after 2 months of our relationship. He was cheating with another girl! With Charlie still dating Tanith, it's hard for me to talk to him. The only time I can talk to him is in the locker room before practice and that's it. I want to go back to old traditions but Charlie is spending mostly all of his free time with Tanith. Those two are lovebirds. They make google eyes at each other and it makes me sick. I feel like he is paying me back from when I was with Maks and rarely talked to him. Now I know what it felt like. Would he ever speak to me other than practice?
