I think this is very common thing when you over think, but finding it near to impossible to fall asleep at night, with me I normally feel this the most, when I am completely mentally and physically exhausted, and all I want to do is go to sleep, but then all of a sudden, it's like every single thought I have had for the past month, pops into my head, then I have to try and make sense of all of it, in the shortest amount possible. Also I realise not that long ago is that I'm the person even if I'm able to fall asleep, if there is something that might cause me stress tomorrow, so like a light is left on in my room (like a computer light) or homework that might not be due in for a few more days, I somehow convince my almost unconscious body, that nothing is more important than doing theses tasks ... there are a lot of reasons why I'm always tired but this is a good reason
