CHAPTER 23 : I CAN'T GO TO YOU

Author's POV

Flashback

Sound of baby crying echoing the labor room...

a middle age man smiling once he heard his first baby crying..

"You made it, baby.." He kiss his wife's forehead lovely.

She smiled weakly.

Her face pale..

Then she closed her eyes..

"Shit." The doctor cursed.

"What happen doctor?" The man asked...as panic control himself.

"There is one more baby inside..but your wife passed out. She's too weak to to do vaginal delivery for the second baby."

The man grab the doctor's shoulder. "I'm begging you, doctor.. please..save my wife.." He tearing up.

The doctor nodded.

The cesarean delivery took hours for the baby to come out.

Thank god the second baby manage to survive.

Mr Park sigh in relief once he being told that his second baby save as well.

The doctor placed both of the baby boy to Hospital Nursery..

Mr Park kissed both of the twins..inhaling their scent..

The first baby didnt wrap his small hand around Park's finger like the second baby did.
He just chuckled watching the twins.

A day after...

A thing that he didnt know was..

His second baby boy missing from the crib..

A mental mother .. silently took the baby..

Cause she thought thats her son..

"Nurse.. did you see my second baby boy? He's not in his crib." Mr Park asked the nurse.

"I'm sorry Mr Park. I thought you with him."

"What the hell??"

"Sir.. i suggest you to keep it as secret."

"What do you mean Jackson?"

"Tell Mrs Park that the second child is die.."

"How could i lie to my wife?"

"Sir.. i knew lie is a bad thing.. but.. you got two choices sir.. first.. you tell your wife.. and end up she will left you forever cause her illness will getting worst.. baby loss case .. very complicated .. it will make things more complicated  she had asthma..remember?"

He was taken aback at the suggestion..

"What is the next choice?"

"Keep it as secret, sir. Since she knew that from start that she can safely deliver the baby 50-50 cause of her illness. Tell her that the doctor failed to save the second baby."

I have the instinct that he is related to me... i asked the doctor to take his blood secretly for DNA test..
