Cats POV

I woke up the next morning with a smile on my face. I hadn't smiled in along time.I did my bathroom buisness and brushed my teeth, hair, and washed my face.I then heard our doorbell go off and ran downstairs. Brushing the curtain aside,I saw my favorite people. I opened the door and they came in. "So did you guys make up?" Riah asked. "Yup" I grinned at them. "Good.He hurt my sister,and if he does it again I'm gonna burn him"

"After I deprive him from air"Shelby beamed happily

"And then I'm going to bury him" Caitlyn added.

I rolled my eyes at my friends.

"Oh yeah, guess what!?Cole's my mate" Caitlyn said hugging him. "Yep" He popped the 'p' and grinned lovingly at her. Jason came down without a shirt on. "Hey!Those yummy abs are for my eyes only" I covered him up with a blanket. He chuckled and kissed my forehead.

"Awwww" My friends cooed. "Jeez first you threatened to kill me and now your awwing over us" Jason scowled playfully and Mariah grinned. "At least Catcake is happy. That's all that matters"I hate that nickname. "Oh really, Buttercup" I teased using her nickname. Shelby snickered, "Hush Bumblebee" Mariah said. "Hey what was my nickname again?" Cate asked. "Bubbles" We said in unison. "Oh yeah! It was the day of my 6th birthday! You guys bought me a large bottle of bubbles and I attacked you guys with it" We started a round of laughter.

"And Cat was OBSSESSED with her famous cupcakes that she named Catcakes" Mariah said.

"And you were addicted to the power puff girls" I retorted.

"And I got stung by a bee" Shelby pouted like a little kid and we all started to laugh again. "Those were the days" We said in unison.

Jason snaked his arms around me and inhaled my scent. "So perfect"I heard him mumble.I grinned and pecked him on the lips.His eyes turned foggy which meant he was Mindlinking and he frowned. He growled and wrapped his arms around me. "Mine" He muttered like a little kid."What's wrong baby?"I asked cupping his cheek. "There's a alpha gathering seven states over and we have to leave tonight" He said. "We?" I asked. "Me, Chester and Rick. It's only for Alpha's, Betas, and Deltas in the United States"I frowned and wrapped my arms around him. "I promise I'll be okay. I'll stay at the pack house with my sisters" I said. He still seemed hesitant but still nodded.

He wrapped his arms around me. "It's taking everything in me not to get in that car" He mumbled."Well you'll only be gone for a week. I promise I'll be ok"He inhaled my scent again. "I'm going to miss you so much.Dont go near any other male" I giggled and kissed him passionately,"I promise" We sealed it with a long goodbye kiss and he grabbed his bags and entered the limo.

I grinned and waved at him and I stood there until he wasn't in view. "Let's go inside" Cate suggested. We all nodded and went to our room. "I miss him so much" I whined. "He was only gone for 2 minutes. I can tell this is going to be a painful week. " Cate said.

Little did she know it was going to be very, very, painful.
