Rachel's P.O.V

I head downstairs at 7am I can hardly sleep these past few days.

It's been days since Quinn's birthday and she still hasn't heard anything of Finn even though she's 5 and a half months pregnant.

She officially gets her midnight cravings, being a good friend I'm usually the one to go out at midnight using dads car... Because I finally passed my driving test I just kind of need a car.

Quinn usually cries at midnight too mainly because I'm going out fetching her food but it's completely worth it, but this is probably why I can't sleep or I'm usually tired.

We start college in next month along with Quinn although as soon as she goes she will be of ready to have the baby, she still doesn't know the sex of the baby which is keeping me so excited.

Will: morning kiddo

Dad comes behind me and kisses my head grabbing a mug, I was apparently day dreaming looking out at the back garden, wondering what it would look like with a little swing set in the summer with everyone whilst Quinn's baby plays.

Will: coffee?

Rachel: strong

Will: late night?

Rachel: no, I was just a light sleeper waiting for her, but it never happened

Will: maybe you should take it easy, that's your problem you take more care of others than you do yourself, this should be Finn's problem not yours

Still staring into the garden clutching the kitchen unit i feel tears in my eyes, was he right? Was I just too involved in making others happy that I wasn't considering myself.

Rachel: it could of been me, I could of been in Quinn's shoes, I could be 5 months pregnant maybe even carrying Finns child, you could of kicked me out

Will: that would never happen

Rachel: exactly, Quinn doesn't deserve what Finns doing it's not fair

Will: there's nothing we can do apart from make her feel safe and happy, which is why I'm looking at booking a holiday for all 3 of us after Quinn gives birth, maybe even before

Rachel: sounds good

I pick up the coffee dad places in front of me and I take a sip whilst dad observes me till he pulls me in a big hug and I just sigh, how did all of this happen?

Will P.O.V

I've seen changes in Rachel, changes no father wants to see their daughter go through but unfortunately it happens.

We love Quinn being here but Rachel takes it upon her self to mother Quinn, Rachel mothers everyone but never takes care of herself and I tell her but she doesn't listen maybe this is why a vacation could be so good for her she could rest and just look after herself for once.

Quinn comes down at 8 looking a bit more happier which makes me happy because Finn still hasn't gotten in touch with her which also makes me angry that someone can do that, Rachel makes us all breakfast whilst trying to hide her tears from Quinn, but Quinn's known her for years she's not stupid and knows when Rachel cries just like we all do despite Rachel claiming she's fine.

Rachel's P.O.V

I'm stood outside the house determined to make something right, I left telling dad and Quinn I needed some air, I took dads car and here I am.

I changed into light blue ripped sort if jeans with a plain grey tee shirt with a leather jacket and boots my hair down in waves.

I decide I've waited long enough outside and I'm knocking and Kurt answers.

Kurt: Rachel what's up?

Rachel: is he in?

Kurt: he's in

Kurt let's me in and I go up to Finns room and I open it to see him still in bed

Finn: mum I'm not getting up

Rachel: well you're about too

Finn: Rachel?

He sits up and rubs his eyes

Rachel: you're going to make things right Finn, you're going to go over to my house and make things right with Quinn, I'm tired of playing second parent it's about time you did something.

Finn: is she okay?

Rachel: she's doing fine

Finn: do you hate me?

Rachel: No,no I don't

Finn: why?

Rachel: because you're still both my friends and I know Quinn will bring both yours and her beautiful child into the world and I will be an auntie to such a beautiful child, but Finn right now she needs you she needs to know you're with her every step of the way

Finn: what if I screw up?

Rachel: you won't, trust me you'll be a great dad Finn

Finn: you sure

Rachel: positive now get ready because you're coming with me and pack a bag.

Finn: why?

Rachel: because Quinn has midnight cravings most of the time

Finn: give me 10 minutes

Rachel: I'll be in the car

I close the door and head downstairs and straight into the car and wait for Finn to come out which he does and I drive him straight to my house

Finn: I'm ready

Rachel: let's go

We get out and walk in the house I walk Finn in the living room to see dad and Quinn sat down

Will: I'll give you a few minutes

We walk into the kitchen and I feel like maybe something will go right for Quinn
