Phil's eyes widened and he looked at Dan to find him blushing lightly. A smile was tugging the corner of his mouth and that made Phil's heartbeat return to its normal rhythm. But his breath got caught in his throat when Dan looked up; not because he was caught staring, but because of how beautiful Dan looked at that moment. His hair wasn't combed but the brown messy curls on Dan's forehead was probably Phil's most favourite thing in the world right now. It was perfect.
