Phil finished buttoning up his black shirt and allowed himself to think of Dan.

Dan cursed and slammed the door of the refrigerator.

Phil forced himself to think that this is the right thing to do one more time, and grabbed his wallet and keys. He too, slammed the door on the the way out.
"Hello? Dan! It's me Alfie, please come here right now. It's an emergency. Please please come right now. I'm in trouble. I'll text you the address."

Alfie had hung up the phone without leaving any room for questions. Sensing the urgency in his voice, Dan grabbed his jacket and his mom's car keys.
