Do you see that girl in the corner?

Do you see that girl in the corner?

Do you feel her pain?

Do you have questions for her?

She is lost...

No one knows what she’s going through

She cries herself to sleep

Her dream takes her away but nobody knew

Nobody knew the reason why she’s in pain

She has friends and a knife

But her friends are dangerous

When she doesn’t do what she has been told she risks her own life

Nobody can save her

Every night she spills blood

She doesn’t mean to be a murderer but she would die if she didn’t

Sometimes they drown her in mud

She is in great pain and she is lost

Do you see that girl in the corner?

Does your question infuriate you?

Do you think that she has honour?

No, she is lost

Her family abandoned her from the start

They said no words to her, nothing at all

Her family scarred her and left her a broken heart

She did not care as the pain came first

She doesn't have any true friends

Everyone is too afraid of her

They don’t see that she’s making amends

They run away and hide, they fear as well

She has been whipped and lashed and has no strength for movement

She does not cry as she is used to it

They do not feel any pity for her only great amusement

She smiles at the pain and hides in the corner

Now… do you see that girl in the corner?

Would you go up to her and ask for her past?

Do even think that she has a future?

No? You are right and wise.

Tell me, do you see that girl in the corner?

Do think she is alive?

Do you think that she is breathing?

No, she is dead…

Can you hear her horrific murmur?
