joey wanted to meet me at starbucks for whoever knows why.

"hey kenzie" joey smiles.

"hi joey" i say while my cheeks starting heating up.

"i called you here because i need to talk to you." joey utters.

"yeah sure what's going on?" i ask.

"so i like this girl as you know from the game."

"oh? who?" i reply.

"you." he says.

i choked on the pink drink i ordered, "you like me?" i scrunched my eyebrows.

"yes kenzie. i like you" joey nervously said.

"uh- well i like you too" i smile.

"really?" he questions.

"really." i answer while my cheeks heat up again, joey birlem likes me.

"so do you want to date me?" he smirks.

"ask the right way, i'll decide." i chuckle.

"alright." he goes down on his knees literally on starbucks floors, "mackenzie frances ziegler, will you be my girlfriend?"

"yes, now get up." i start laughing, he pulls me into a hug and we kiss. my first kiss taken by joey birlem.

yes i know lauren thought he was good looking now but she never really said she had an interest in him.
