Chapter 9: Now

Well no one messaged me to help (if you did sorry, it didnt show). So i went to my nan, the only family member who knew about this story and she said to do this, so here goes. I hope you enjoy it and thats its worth the wait.

'Did you order sam to kill me? Did.....do you want me dead?' she said.

She stood there, staring into her fathers fearfull eyes, the gun was held loosely in her hand.

'Please answer me!' The tears threated to fall.

He stood there in silence. The shock took control of every part of his body. He shook his head and releaf fell through Lucys body, but then her mind went over the last couple of minutes..... He hesitated ... before he shook his head .... he froze ..... he stopped. What did that mean??

Before she could say anything there was a frantic knock on the door followed by a voice.

'Dean!! Open the door, she ran from me, she doesnt believe the story we told her. Dean!!'

She knew that voice, it was Josh. Her dad, started to back away, towards the door, where Josh waited, pounding on it. Lucy could see the horror in her fathers face at what Josh had said. What she wanted to know was if the story she was told was the truth. Did everything that was surposed to be a dream real?? It felt like it to her.

The front door opened to reveal a frazzled Josh. His face converted to the same look of horror her fathers did a few moments earlier.

'Lucy.... um..... what you heard me shout through the door wasnt the truth, i just...' his sentance drew to a stop. He couldnt continue.... he didnt know how to.

'Just tell me the truth.'

The truth?? Neither Josh nor Dean could tell her that. How could they tell her that Josh was the one who wanted her dead, and that Josh was the one who ordered Sam to kill her. Or that her father had helped to plan it all. It would ruin everyrhing for them.
