Chapter 1

I sat behind the desk with paper work that block my view and decided to call somebody or you could say just someone. I always called them at this time and sometimes they came before I even called. It was like our ritual. He the only person left in my dramatic life.

I waited for the call to be answered but it went directly to voice mail." Uh.." I groaned. "I'm going to kill you Rex ."

I looked a the paperwork in disgust."I can't even ." I rubbed the temple of my head as a pain in my head began. I enjoy reading but this has to be one of my top struggles.

I continued to read paper after paper and I put my signature in all the lines that it ask. "Rex better be here soon."I took a deep breath and continued. Not to long after a voice interrupted my revising.

"Did you need me ?" I looked up and saw the person I was looking for.

"Rex .... What is it with your phone being dead?" I asked . Not because I'm clingy but because he always answered even to tell me he couldn't .

He came inside with one of he many suits of the day. His blue eyes seemed a little tired but I bet that so were mines. We spent the entire night last night discussing whether or not if we should go to Paris for my birthday and I voted against it. Of course , if you knew me , we had discussed it over a bucket of ice cream so that just adds to the fact that couldn't go to sleep instantly.

"Sorry Abs but I had my phone literally destroyed I'm front of me."

I looked up ." Do I want to know how and why?"

"Nope but I'm going to tell you anyway."

"Well you came here to help me didn't you. Help and explain."I told him. I might have been rude but you had no idea how stressing this was.

"But I brought us food...." He pulled a bag from underneath that had the McDonald's sign on it.

My face lit up instantly." Food?"

He smiled knowing me well." Food."

"Okay ... Let's Eat and you'll explain then."

"Deal."

We both put all the paper work on one side of the desk and ate on the other.

"So." I said in between note did my delicious Big Mac." What exactly happened?"

"I was coming out of the McDonald's, okay?" I nodded for him to continue.

Long story short Rex bumped into this lady and she flirted with him. She took the wrong impression on Rex because he wasn't interested . It was partially my fault because I called at the wrong time so the woman called him a cheater and etc for seeing a females name on his phone. She then threw it in the McDonald's drive thru because Rex decided to do the stupidest thing ever, call the woman crazy. But when you call a woman crazy, she'll become crazy.

"I didn't think she heard me !!!! Besides we are going to shopping for a new phone ." He demanded.

"Fine but you are going to help me with this paperwork." I pointed to the stupid stack of papers.
