I had to tell someone. Elizabeth would look down her nose, it's not her fault she's just incredibly rich and snotty cause of her parents. Yasmin would laugh and I can't deal with that right now. Katherine seemed the right person to tell, she was accidentally pregnant last year. She didn't have the baby though.
I sent a quick text out to Katherine ordering her round immediately. Within 10 minutes I heard a knock on the door, I rushed to let her in before running back to my room. Katherine was a little while behind me but when she turned up she had two cups of tea and Ben and jerrys ice cream. I slowly sipped the tea, I was so scared to tell her. Once I told her it became real.
I took a deep breath. "I'm pregnant"
I heard Katherine suck in her breath, she was so shocked. I was a good girl before I met jake. I never expected something like this to happen and neither did she.
"Have you told jake?" I silently shook my head, she put her arm round me in an attempt to comfort me which didn't work. I just started crying, I couldn't control myself. Good job my parents were at work.
Katherine decided it would be best if Jake came over so i could tell him in person. About half an hour after she called him he was at mine.
I sat him down in the lounge and told him. At first he looked shocked but then slightly happy. After a while a big grin grew on his face, why was he smiling so much.
He hugged me tight before whispering in my ear "will you marry me?"
"What?!?"
Katherine came running into the room.
"Jake just proposed...we're too young jake..."
"We're having a baby we should at least be living together"
"Fine but we won't be getting married. You have more room so I'll be moving into yours. You'll need to tell your mum what's going on and when my parents get home we'll tell them together. Oh god they'll be so disappointed"
I started to get hysterical babbling on when Katherine butted in. "You could get rid of it?"
Jake turned round and stared at her. He looked so angry. "How dare you say that? we want this baby! we want it! I won't have you putting ideas in Rachel's head."
Katherine looked pretty annoyed so she got her stuff and left before I could say anything. For the next few hours jake was talking to me about how excited he was and everything we would need to get ready before the baby arrived. This would completely screw up school for me but I've always wanted a baby and this was jake would stay with me forever.
My parents came home and we told them. They reacted how I expected them to and worse. They kicked me out but it's a good job jake had already called my mum and moved some of my stuff in. They made me feel so bad, and basically like a whore. I ran out of the room crying.
