River Phoenix
I'm on my bike, riding to the Williams's house. The closer I get to the house the more voices I hear. The voices are loud and it's impossible not to hear them. "We want freedom, we want rights" I hear a man say. "Stop the KKK" Another says. As I get closer I see the Williams's house, and a big mob of black people yelling and holding up signs. I look for Ellamara or her two brothers in the big mob but I can't find them. So I get off my bike and run to the house.
The minute I get in the house I stop. The house is a mess, and the Williams house is always clean and nice. Something isn't right here. "Ellamara!" I yell hoping she's in here, and that she is safe. I walk slowly around the house then stop when I hear a whimper of pain. I open a door to the left, and I see Ellamara, Michael, and Freddie. They are crying hard. Big fat ugly tears going down each of their faces. They are all holding each other. Ellamara looks up when she hears the door open.
