You smiled as the bell rang signaling lunch and the end of your least favorite class. You shoved all your papers in your binder before stuffing it into your bag. You threw the bag over your shoulder before exiting the classroom. As you walked to your locker, you realized just how hungry you were. You sped up your pace, eager to calm your grumbling stomach. You turned the dial on your lock before opening your locker. You were met with a loud messy surprise.
Thousands of ping-pong balls fell out of your locker. You squealed, not expecting to be bombarded with tiny plastic balls. You blushed as people looked at you strangely. The balls bounced all around the hall and piled at your feet. You began to clean them up when you realized they had writing on them. Written in messy scrawl was one word that had your heart soaring.
Prom?
You looked around to see who left them when you saw a familiar mop of curly hair. His face was nervous yet happy and he was smiling, showing off his dimples.
"Ashton!" You said, running towards him. He opened his arms, picked you up and spun you around. You giggled into his chest.
"So?" He questioned, nervousness overtaking his features once again. You didn't hesitate to reply.
"Of course I'll go to prom with you!" You agree before kissing his plump lips.
