What can I say?

So.. I've been lacking these past two weeks.. But i've tried to ignore my laziness and exercise.

Remember that LifeSprint thing I told you about? Work like a miracle. It takes time but it worked. I got it from a book, mind you. I still can't believe i read a book about exercise.

So, since it's Ramadhan, a muslim fasting month and yes i'm a muslim and yes I shouldn't do these, but i did anyway, i tried to eat as little as possible.

A toast for sahur (basically breakfast), then fast the whole day, then it's time to break the fast, we called it buka (roughly translated as 'open'), have anything as long as you stop by 19.50 and as long as what you eat is low cal. fThen, wait two hours and did LifeSprint. Worked wonder.

I didn't exercise for two weeks and i notice that i can no longer feel my hipbones when i stand, usually i did, so i freaked out and immediately went to the stationary bike. Not 5 days later, i can feel my hipbones. So grateful for LifeSprint.
