I prefer cold to hot; my favorite time of the year is winter. When snow blankets the streets and house, also this the time where friends and family gather together. Christmas, in Texas, well temperature drops to about seventy- five degrees at the onset and slowly drops to negative five degrees in a period of three months. A strange thing about is I feel warmer when everything else is colder. During the week before Christmas all of my friends say I have a glow around me, when the people around grow cold, they say I’m around to warm them up. As much as I refuse to believe it, I accepted it to be true; it filled me with a sense of purpose. It’s nice that feeling it melts away the ice around your heart; and warms up others when they need that pick me up.
