James sees the girls: Emery

Breaking this up for each of the girls Emery is going to go first and then it will be Savannah the little fighter of them all  

"Okay everything will be delivered in a few days so that gives me time to set up their high chairs, and get the stroller together as well as the jogger stroller together as well" he says as he was going to see the girls firsts and get an update on their progress since he left them alone for a few days and he didn't want to over crowd them as they were getting better and stronger so they could come home

James got in his car and headed tot he hospital to see his angels

James finds a parking spot and looks at the hospital before he goes inside and sees the girls again cause he had missed them so much and he needed to see them and see how they were doing at the moment and maybe if he was lucky hold one of them

"Well Emery and Savannah daddy is here to see you girls for the first time since you girls got admitted" he says before he got out of the car and go into the hospital to see the girls again 

James locks his car and heads into the hospital but first he was going to go to the gift shop to get presents for the girls cause he wanted to spoil them every time he came to see them

"What can i get the girls this time?" he asks as he started to shop for a gift or two for the girls cause every visit he was going to get presents for the girls just to make their day better since they were stuck there for a while longer  

James decided to get a new blanket for the girls and maybe an outfit or a bow for their head cause he wanted them to be cute, and look adorable as well James was going to wash the first blanket and that was going to be used for the car car seats and this one was going to be used for the stroller, and every blanket was going to be used for something 

"Okay Em and Savannah daddy has presents for you girls" he says as he was going to head to the NICU to check on the girls and see how they are doing and maybe hold one or both of them if he was allowed to and he was hoping he could hold the girls 

(NICU)

James approaches the NICU and looks inside to see if he could see the twins and he sees them still close together as always 

"Emery and Savannah have been really good and i think you can hold one of them today" the nurse says as she lets James in to see the girls again 

"I can't wait should i get in a gown?" he asks her as he hands to wash his hands cause he was suppose to wash his hands every time he came to the NICU to see the girls and be with them and when they were out he was still going to wash his hands before he did anything with them  

"Yes so we can do kangaroo care with them" the nurse says to him as he got the gown on so he could hold the girls before he washed his hands cause he hated to have the gown on and rewash his hands again, but if he had to he had to  

"I can't wait to hold them close to me" he says as he washes his hands after he got his gown on cause he was going to see what the nurse said about holding them   

The nurse was going to change the blanket on the girls incubators since theirs started to stink a little bit, and they had fresh ones going on top this time around so that was a real treat for the girls 

"Hey Emery" he says as he looks at the first one of the twins in her incubator  

Emery moves when she hears daddy close to him

"She has been stable for a while you could hold her" the nurse says to James as she was checking the vitals to see if they changed, so he could hold her 

"Can i dream of holding these two angels every night" he says as he heads to the rocking chair so he could rock as he was holding the girls close to him  

"Sure you can sit we can get her for you" the nurse says to him as she was going to lower the sides on the incubator to get Emery out so James could hold her for the first time in a long time  

James was on cloud nine as he was waiting to hold Emery for the first time 

"Hey little girl" he says as he drops the top part of the gown so she could go skin to skin with him right away 

Emery moves but settles down when she knew she was with daddy 

"Yes sweetie you are with daddy" he says as he looks at her as he was holding her, and keeping her warm     

"Well the girls are doing okay Emery is gaining weight while Savannah isn't gaining weight at all" the nurse says as he was relaxing after seeing the girls and holding them 

Savannah maybe tomorrow
