"I'm old enough to know better, but young enough not to care."

The night became more silent the longer Hunter and I layed on the grass.

We were at a point where we weren't talking, just calmly resting in our spot, enjoying each other's company. We had formulated a plan, one that ensured my safety, yet guareenteed I wouldn't be put at risk for what Tony had in store for me. Hunter had pushed out his wings an hour ago, and I couldn't stop myself from running my hands through his soft silky feathers. It would take a long time before I ever got used to him being my Guardian angel, but I made him promise that he would never hurt or betray me.

He made that promise easily while looking straight in my eyes.

Now that I knew how I was to act around Tony, I felt a little more confident. Most of the confidence came from the fact that an experienced angel had told me what to do, and if that was what he thought was right, then of course I would obey. My life was at stake, and if he knew how to save me, then I would do anything in my power to help him out.

The crickets chirped, and bats flew by overhead. A slight wind ran through the clearing, making the plants and grass sway effortlessly. If  I could stay here forever, frozen in time, I would. However, time did pass, and all too soon it was time to leave. We stood up and stretched, then suddenly I noticed something behind the waterfall. From ten feet away it looked like a large grey rock, but there was something special about it, so I wondered over there to explore.

I stood beside the waterfall, then took a peek behind it. Surprisingly, there were stepping stones leading around the big rock, which meant something was behind it. I stepped cautiously on each stone, trying carefully not to fall on their slippery surfaces. Hunter followed me with a smirk on his face, which made me want to ask him what was going on.

Finally, I hopped off the last one, landing on...more stone? I looked at  my surroundings.

Wow.

Behind the waterfall, there was a whole new area. It wasn't a very big spot, but basically it was like a cave/ den made of stone. I sat down and leaned my body on the hard wall, it wasn't very comfortable, but it was roomy. All this needed was some pillows and blankets, and it would be a perfect hidey place, seeing as nobody could see behind the large rock or waterfall.

And the view was amazing, if you've ever been behind a waterfall, then you'd understand. I reached up and put my fingers out, brushing them along the gushing water. It went everywhere, spraying over Hunter and I. We both laughed and he scooped his hands and curved the water to where it splashed all over me. Oh, hell no.

I stood up and put my mouth to the water and got a mouthful, then spit it all over Hunter. He did the same thing to me, and as romantic as it sounds, we had a waterfight behind a waterfall.

He won of course.

On the way back, soaking wet and dripping, I asked him how he found the whole area, waterfall included.

"Well, after I was informed about your mission, I asked Him if He could create a small area for us where we could, well....fall in love, basically. He approved the idea and made the whole thing for us, and yes that means behind the waterfall as well. Even I didn't know that exsisted, though."

I laughed and he held me when I almost tripped.

"Then how did Tony manage to find you tonight?"
