19:Little Lamb

If I walk out of that door today

Just as who I am

Then I'll be hit and torn to shreds

For I'm like a Little Lamb

I wander this path with joy, without a care

And in my heart I've got the courage, I can dare

To cross that bridge over the trench

I may hesitate at first but I'll make it at the end

But it's not about getting there really

What I face on the way is what might change me dearly

For if I am what I am and continue to be so

I'm like that Little Lamb who's too naive for this world

I don't understand the twists and turns people might put in my way

I go along with them thinking they're all like me, but in the end I get dismay

That people will drive you crazy and try to break you apart

They want nothing more than your sorrow from the start

But being the Little Lamb I am

I believe everyone has the light

I believe in my innocence that I can make it shine

But it is my flame that burns so bright

That they're after to extinguish and put off from it's might

I have it in me,'No you don't' They disagree

I am strong inside,'You are weak' They make you believe

We're all Little Lambs in this twisted world

But to retain our hearts and rise above the sneers is what makes us who we are, it makes us whole.
