(m/n) felt a lot of emotions, but one of them was terror, after that man had 'visited' him, he felt helpless, what if he came back to kill him?

So many questions were running through his mind, he couldn't tell his mom about the incident, he felt scared to do so. If that man found out that he did, what if he hurt her?

He clutched his teddy bear to his chest as he tried to solve the puzzle that was spread out on the floor, this was his way of dealing with anxiety. And currently, he wished he could solve the situation like it was a puzzle as well, except there was someone else laying the unpredictable pieces.

He froze when he heard the sudden creak of his window being opened, he didn't dare to glance back.

But he shuddered when he felt cold fingers touch his shoulder, he finally looked back and met a pair of emerald green eyes, he hadn't had the time to notice those when that night happened.

"Hello" the stranger said, no noticeable emotion.

"why..." (m/n) tried to gain some bravery -"why are you here? To...kill me?" (m/n) questioned in a quiet voice, he tried showing some courage even though he was scared out of his life, his fake courage didn't scare neither fool Liu as he just stared at the boy.

"if I wanted to kill you don't you think I would have done that the first time around?" Sully said his voice lowering a bit making (m/n) jump back.

"y-yeah I ju-just assumed t-that.." (m/n) fell silent, his anxiety level reaching to the roof, so in habit, his fingers reached for the puzzle pieces spread on the floor and he started to piece the pieces together while clutching his teddy to his chest.

Liu watched and thought he looked especially endearing, he slowly moved forward and sat across from (m/n).

"Do you mind?" Liu asked pointing at the puzzle pieces.

(M/n) looked up at the man, he felt metaphorically trapped, he couldn't say no.

"...go ahead" Liu nodded and helped (m/n) put the pieces together.

As the night went on, they didn't really talk but (m/n) had a creeping feeling this wouldn't be the last time they met.

After the encounter with the...elf? (m/n) was confused, what did the thing want with (m/n)?

He plugged in his earphones to his phone and closed his eyes, letting his thoughts get lost in the music.

His thoughts were interrupted by his left earphone getting ripped out of his ear, his eyes shot open and he was met by the dark void eyes of dark link.

He fell backwards in surprise, almost falling off the bed if it weren't for dark, who's arm snaked around (m/n) waist, holding him upright.

Dark smirked, obviously amused by the red creeping up (m/n)'s neck and to his ears, who quickly got out of darks grip and stumbled to the corner of his bed.

"What the hell are you doing here?" he stuttered.

"I said i would come back, didn't I?" He said with his signature amused smirk of his.

"yeah but I didn't think you would actually come back" he muttered.

"well I keep my promises" his smirk was still very present, but there was some sincerity behind his words.

"well, what do you want then?" (m/n) said, he was in no way trusting this guy, and who would?

"Well, I don't have a lot else to do, murdering isn't as hard as you would think, not for me at least, and you seem interesting, so I think I'd like to stick around, see what you can offer, call it what you will." Dark purred.

"that was the vaguest thing I've ever received."  (m/n) sighed.

They continued to talk for a while though, and call it whatever you will, but maybe that grey skinned elf looking murderer wasn't so boring after all.
