I'd like to clarify some things before anyone begins reading this.
If you aren't familiar with the novel Lolita, be aware that there is a significant age difference between the two leading characters. The crux is, the main character, a grown man, falls in love with his landlady's son, thus marrying her to stay close to him. I have manipulated aspects of the original novel to suit these characters and their situations, i.e, in the novel, 'Lolita' is in fact a young girl rather than a young boy.
I do not hope to profit from this writing in any way, this was simply something I began working on for fun after reading more into the novel by Vladimir Nabokov. This is a sort of AU for some characters of mine and a friend of mine, nothing more than that. These will be short snippets, not very heavily detailed scenes, as they are purely for my own enjoyment. Much of the plot will be left unexplained.
If the age difference offends you, feel free not to read. I am well aware of its controversial themes. No need to remind me.
