* Chapter 5 * ( Pic of Cameron )

Start from the beginning

“Honey, why didn’t you tell me you were going out?” mom said entering my room.

“I am not going out?” it came out more like a question. I was going out? Where?

“Were you afraid I won’t let you go? Don’t worry! You can go, but be back on time okay.” She said smiling.

“Mom! What are you talking about? I am not going anywhere.” I said.

“You aren’t? but, Samantha said you both were going to CS. She’s waiting for you downstairs.” She said confused and I immediately understood.

Sam, you little girl!

I stomped downstairs and stood in front of Sam, crossing my arms.

“I told you I am not going.” I said crossing my arms.

She stood up slowly and made an innocent.

“Oh, I was wishing you could come. I didn’t want to go alone.” She said making a sad face and looking at my mom.

“What about the others?” I asked furrowing my eyebrows.

“They aren’t coming. I really wanted to go today.” She said looking at my mom again.

“Honey, why don’t you go with her? You have nothing to do as such and she really wants to go.” My mom said looking at me and smiling at Sam – who vigorously nodded.

I sighed. “Alright.” And Sam’s face brightened.

“Go get ready. We have to be there by seven and it’s six fifteen already.” She said pushing me upstairs.

I groaned and went upstairs.

I decided on a pair of black skinny jeans and my white tank top with pink, black and white check shirt over it, leaving it unbuttoned and rolling the sleeves to my elbows.

I slipped on my converse and combed my hair, leaving them lose and went downstairs.

“Bye mom.” I said and kissed her on the cheek.

“Bye baby, be back on time you have school tomorrow.” She said, trying to be stern. I nodded and walked out with Sam behind me.

“Let’s go head banging.” I said with fake enthusiasm and she laughed.

“MY DREAM IS TO FLY, OVER THE RAINBOW SO HIGH!” I screamed at the top of my voice.

This was freaking awesome. I was having time of my life!

The bands were great! It was nothing like I had thought. The performance gave such an adrenaline rush. I was jumping and dancing and laughing and singing and jumping and dan..

Okay, that’s it!

Performance of two bands was already over and this was the third one. Total four bands were performing.

I was in hyper active mode. I would have kissed Justin Beiber right now – on the cheek.

“Alright guys! The last performance for the day. Are you all ready?” he shouted like a typical host.

Every time he came on stage, I wanted to punch him in the face and shout. “Buzz off, loser!”

The crowd cheered for the next band and they entered the stage and took their places. The lead singer looked familiar, maybe someone from my school. I looked closer to see if it was someone I knew or maybe my school band.
