Hike
We took a little hike through the woods with the preschoolers. It was kind of cold. I was freaked out that we would lose a child or something like that. One child had to be taken back halfway through because he was afraid. It was very sad. I love the woods, but it seems risky with children. I helped watch a group of first graders on a hike once, and that wasn't that bad at all, maybe because I was in no way in charge of them? Our teacher said to wear old shoes because ours would get muddy. I wore my regular shoes, and yeah there was a little mud, but when I wiped it on the grass my shoes looked cleaner than they did this morning! Crazy!
