Hey! I haven't updated in while so here you go!
First of all dieting isn't about starving yourself. It's about having a healthy eating habit. If you do want to go on a diet to lose weight though, you should try this:
Start off with a 3 day juice cleanse. It will help your body to adjust to the lack of calories you will be taking in.
(basically a juice cleanse is a fast but you drink fresh juice instead of eating your 3 meals a day! Drink a litre of water everyday! I've tried it and it can be hard but you feel proud of yourself when you're done!)
After the juice cleanse, I recommend skipping the 3rd meal of the day and no unhealthy snacks! trying to snack on 5 fruits & veg a day. Drink plenty of water!
Do this for as long as you can (I did it for 2 week) and that's your diet! I lost 3 pounds!! it's not that much but if I did exercise I would've lost a lot more!!
