"Sometimes Allah doesn't give you what you want, not because you don't deserve it but because you deserve more. Trust the process."

________

My prince will come on a white horse." Fatima said enthusiastically.

"Holse is old, my plince will come in a black audi." Khadijah shot back.

"What about you itha?" Khadijah questioned while placing her hands on her hips.

"My princess will be beautiful like snow white." he said and they faced towards Musa for an answer.

"I will take my princess on a horse ride." Musa said smiling at Fatima.

"I will take the cat who has long hairs." Asmah said going off the topic.

"Ohho Athmah you don't know anything." Khadijah said with a face palm.

"When we will grow tall like ammi then we have to choose a partner who will live with us." Isa explained.

"Then I will choose a cat as my paltner. "

"No you can't choose an animal." Fatima said.

"Okay then I will..." Asmah paused a little to think and then said "choose Rapunzel, she has soooooo much long pletty hails." and then every single child, face palmed at her choice.

An old woman sitting beside them was reading Quran and smiled at their conversations and said "come here."

Ayesha's mother took Asmah and made her sit on her lap and other sat around her. Yesterday the children insisted to stay at one place so Isa, Musa and Asmah slept over at Ahmish's place and so did Ayesha's family.

"Who told you that a prince comes on a white horse?" The grandma asked.

"Movie."

"See beta, what happens in movie doesn't happen in real life." she said trying best to explain them.

"But they are real nani." Khadijah said wondering.

"What does leal mean?" Asmah asked.

"What we see in TV, is not always real. Real means what actually happens, like we are living, is a real life." Asmah looked more confused as before.

"Then why are they not real, they are also like us?" Musa asked.

"You people sometimes play na in which Khadijah is the wife of Isa and Fatima is of Musa but it is not real. The same way their life is not real, they just play like you." The grandma sighed while explaining to kids. It's hard to get the grasp of their imagination level.

"Then who are real nani?" Fatima asked.

"Real are the stories of Islam."

"What are the stolies of Itlam?" Asmah turned her head towards grandma to know the answer.

"Fictional stories teach us that a prince will come to us in a white stud horse but Islam teaches us that a prince will steal our heart only when his heart is attached to his Lord and he will only approach us through our wali, these false stories teaches us that a prince will be flattered by the beauty of a princess but Islam teaches us that beauty of face doesn't matter when the soul of a girl is moulded by Islamic characteristics."

"Dadi, abbu said they will go in a while." Ibrahim came running through the door.

"Okay kids you all play, I've to go." she said and raised from her place making her way towards the exit.

As she reached the hall, she saw Ahmish and Ahmad were sitting comfortably with their respective kids and so she sat on the nearby empty couch. After a while Shirana entered holding the hand of Ayesha as she walked in the room taking a seat beside Ahmad while Shirana sitting beside Ahmish.
