 JAMES' VIEW                 

As soon as Ginger left I punched the wall. Which of course, I made a hole to the outside in it. "Dammit!" I cursed. Stupid Leena, why did she have to open her mouth. But it's ok, she'll get it when she wakes up. Which meant I had to wait an hour. I leaned against the wall and heard the conversation she was having.

"Has there ever been a case where a vampire can turn into a shadow." A pause "Dr. Reed?" Her sweet voice asked.

"Ginger, its time you asked your mother. I can't go beyond this point. I'm sorry." Dr. Reed answered her, he sounded tired. I wondered what his blood would taste like? No bad thought get that out  of your head.

"I understand. I will. Thank you."

"It will be ok, Ginger. Good Luck." And then there was silence. I heard her walking away and getting into her car. I headbutted the wall again and looked at my so called friends. 

I glared at Gabrielle "Don't tell her anything about Leena. Let her come and observe the bitch." 

Gabrielle just looked at me and came over and held my face "James. Calm down. Leena has changed a lot since she turned. She's the one who's always bloodthirsty and killing. I wouldn't mind killing her, all she's done for us is make us run. I'm tired of her." And she backed away from me.

"I'm debating it." I grumbled. 

"Well, she's gonna get herself killed." Gabby said. 

"I'm going for a walk." I said getting up. "Don't kill anyone while I'm gone."

Gabby smiled at me flashing her fangs "I won't" The boy's just watched me and Gabby.

I walked out the front door towards the forest. I walked a familiar trail, I killed the couple near here. I followed my scent trail to see if they were found. I climbed a tree and looked. I saw everything there was as I left it. I sighed and jumped down, quickly summoning earth to bury them....

I made it down, deep into the forrest,  and I noticed there was something different. The smell. Somebody had been here. It smelled familiar, somebody I knew. But I couldn't place it. I heard growling and I saw a dark brown furred wolf and a light brown furred one. Not this shit again. I stood my ground as the wolves circled me. I wondered who these where. I knew the light brown's smell. He smelled like Sawyer. Great. The other one was a familiar smell too, but I couldn't place it. The darker one jumped at me and I side-stepped him. Sawyer took this chance to bite hold of my hand and make me fall. The wolf bit into my neck shaking me all around. I grabbed the wolf's head and shifted myself to where I was on top of it. I bashed his head into the ground. I knocked him unconscious and I got up and I felt something else tugging violently the back of my neck. I reached behind me and I grabbed the wolf's body and flipped him over me. I kicked it in the ribs.

"Fucking mutt!" I kicked him again. He made a noise and started changing. I watched the wolf as he changed into a shape I knew. I wondered how they still kept their clothes on.....

"Rex." I growled.

"You killed this poor couple?" He growled back.

I grinned flashing my fangs "They got in the way and I happened to be thirsty.You know all about the Valentines day special....vampire's like to feed." He growled deeper he was rage causing his body to shake. I began to walk away, knowing fully well that it wasn't over. He jumped at me and I jumped to the side and pushed him down.

"I don't think so." I growled in his ear, that when he got me down. I fell on him and he scratched my face. I bit his shoulder drinking down his blood. It tasted awful. I spat it out. Coughing up the nasty stuff.
