Lea's Pov

"Anthropology is the study of people throughout the world, their evolutionary history, how they behave,adapt to different environment and communicate and socialize with one another. And class take note that anthropology is concerned both with the biological features that make us human such as; genetic make-up, nutritional history, evolution and the like, and with social aspects such as; language, culture, politics and the like." I explained

This is my second class and still parang wala parin ako sa sarili ko. Like, damn! Kagabi ko pa hindi ma-contact si Aga. Yesterday we got out on a date at 9pm hinatid nya ako sa bahay, I dialed his number to check kung nakauwi na sya but hindi nya sinasagot.

When I woke up this morning, I assumed na baka nagtext sya pero wala!

"Miss!" I heard one of my students said.

"Y-yes?"

"Religion is one of those aspects, right?" she asked

"Definitely yes, religion is part of our lives and religion involves people, and since anthropology is the study of PEOPLE throughout the whole world, then religion is one of those aspects."

I glanced at my wrist watch and it says; 11:30am

"Okay class, for your assignment please do some research about Mythical creatures throughout our country. That is all for today. Class dismiss"

I sat on my chair still thinking about Aga.

Maybe he'll drop by here with food on his hand and we'll eat lunch  together.

Maybe may surprise sya sakin so that he chose to ignore my calls?

Maybe----what if---sh!t!

"Stop whining you goddamned conscience! I know Aga will get here ng buong buo, walang labis, walang kulang! I'll just wait for him..Yes, Martina Lea, just wait"

I leaned backward and take a few deep breath. I'm looking at my wrist watch like it'll escape from me. It's like my watch worth a million that I don't wanna lose my sight on it.

20 minutes had pass, still no Aga. I heaved a deep sigh and grabbed my things and decided to leave this four-cornered room.
Darn! Kapag nagkita tayo Aga, make sure to give a valid reason kung bakit hindi ka nagpaparamdam sakin! Or else I'll kick your ass very hard!

I entered the faculty room at binagsak ang mga gamit ko sa desk. This time I'm a bit irritated, wonder why my mood changed quickly? Simply because I have my period today. -_-

"Haay, dumating din! Sunog na yung sinaing ko sya tyan e! Kanina kumukulo lang, tara na kain na tayo!" Vice said ng makalapit sya sakin

"Ayoko, kayo nalang, wala akong gana" I said without looking at him, and with my arms crossed.

"Ay? Kailan pa?" Vice asked, in my peripheral view I saw Dawn pinched his arm.

"May problema ba Martina Salonga?" I shook my head as an answer.

Dawn grabbed a chair and sat beside me.

"You're not good at lying, so spill it" she said, I must say that I'm good at lying, it's just that..I was so obvious.

"Hindi nya sinasagot ang tawag ko, hindi rin sya nagtetext at hanggang ngayon wala pang Aga na nagpapakita sakin" I said na parang batang nagsusumbong sa nanay nya.

"Baka may surprise sya sayo? Hindi ka pa ba nasanay?" Vice

"That's just too good to be true, but... iba kasi ang kutob ko"
