chapter 2

Tony's pov

Today is being a long day. We have just finished a case so now the team is doing paper work. You have ziva david. She is a mossad agent who joined the team. She is strong and is always there when you need her.

Then you have Timothy McGee he is very smart when it comes to technology and computers. He always wants to help anyone out.

Then you have abby. She is very kind and caring when one of the team is hurt she is determined to find out who was behind it.

You also have ducky mallard he is the ME. He always tells us story's about how someone dies and where the death originally came from  but he  tells us different story's.

Then you have jimmy Palmer. He is the assistant ME. He always is ready to learn something new and I call him the autopsy gremlin.

Then you have our boss leroy jethro gibbs. He is always there for you no mater what time of day it is. His house is always open.

The you have director leon vance. He is very bossy if you don't do your job correctly but when you get to know him he is a bit kinder.

My eyes wonder to the photo that is sitting on my desk. It is of my older sister Claudia and my nephew stiles. Claudia died 6 years ago leaving stiles with his abusive dad. I haven't seen him in 6 years since her death and when I got told to stay away from stiles or else. I have always hated that man. That's when my phone went of distracting me from my work.
"This is very special agent tony dinozzo what can I help you with." I said down the phone confused since it didn't come up with a name.
"Uncle ton." I sat up straight in my seat catching the attention of my team. I felt tears come to my eyes. It has been years since I have seen or spoken to him.
"Stiles whats wrong?" I couldn't help the panic that I was feeling. Hearing my nephews voice it sounded like he wanted to cry.
"Can I come and stay with you." He sounded small when he asked the question.
"Of couse you can. But why?" Thats when I saw the team walk over to me and abby came up from the lab joining them at my desk.
"I cant stay in beacon hill anymore." He told me making my heart drop. "Its dad he started drinking and beating me again."
"Im so sorry." I felt awful not being there to protect the only person I truly thought as my blood family. I couldn't help the tear that slid down my face. The team looked at me shocked knowing I don't cry in front of them. But then I heard a car. "Who is bringing you."
"Agent Rafael McCall." He told me I can hear a smile in his voice.
"He is an fbi agent." I said recognising the name. He told me how stiles was doing but I haven't heard from him in two months.
"I know." He told me.
"I will see you soon." And with that he hung up. I just sat there looking at my phone for a minute.
"Tony are you ok?" Abby asked.
"Was that your girlfriend." Ziva asked. I then looked at the team I heard them gasped and I then realized that ducky, jimmy and director vance was also there.
"That was my little nephew. He told me that he has no where to go." But then I got angry remembering the phone call. So I got to the contact I needed.
"Hello." The voice said. I ignored the team.
"I'm cashing in two of my favours that you ow me." I told the judge.
"What is your first?" He asked sounding shocked that I'm cashing them in.
"I want an arrest warrant for john Stilinski." I told him.
"Why?"
"I want it for child neglect and child abuse." I saw the teams faces look confused.
"And the other one?" He asked.
"I want my nephews name to change and me to become his guardian." I said.
"What is his name?"
"Stiles Stilinski." I saw vance look mad which was no surprise. "I want his last name to be dinozzo."
"I can have them both done. Did you know another person has put an arrest warrant out for him to."
"Yes I guessed that." I said with a chuckle. "I have to go I am waiting for stiles."
"Talk to you soon." And with that he hung up.
"Dinozzo what was that." Gibbs asked.
"Sorry boss. Its just that my nephew who I haven't seen for 6 years just phoned asking to stay with me. His dad is a drunk and stiles is getting abused by him." I said in one breath.
"Is he ok." Abby asked giving me a hug.
"Honestly I don't think so. I think he is hurt more then anything. With my sisters passing all he has is me and his dad but his dad threatened me to stay away from him. So he only had his dad who abused him. And I wasn't there to help him." With that the tears started and abby hugged me and so did ziva knowing I needed this. I felt hands touch my shoulder in comfort.
"Why dont you when he is seateled in bring him in for a day when we dont have to many cases." Director vance asked.
"Thank you director. He always wanted to be a cop." I told them. Making them all smile.
