It had been 5 weeks since we became the Aviators, and Roy had something to tell us.
“Guys, I have something to tell you.”
“What?” Dan asked curiously.
“If you don't want to be friends with me after this, I'm fine with that.”
“Why would you think that, you silly birdy?!” Sam exclaimed.
“I'm a freak. I'm a...”
“Yes?” I was getting slightly agitated by then. Why couldn't he just spit it out?!
“I'm a Crowned Eagle Skinwalker.”
We gasped. That was ever-so-slightly unexpected.
“I'll be going now.” He murmured.
“You absolute feather brain! We would never leave you over something you can't control! When we said we were becoming the Aviators, we weren't lying! We're a group, and we'll never be separated!” I exclaimed, the passion clear in my voice.
“R...Really?”
“Really.” Sam, Dan and I chorused.
