It started when Sebastian posted a sweet birthday picture for Stasia. Which sent fans wild, speculations say that they enjoyed a romantic dinner that Sebastian took Stasia to.

More recently the two shared pictures of each other just before and on the red carpet, gushing about how lucky they were to be dates.
They were also spotted at this years comic con, sneaking off together and apparently "all over each other" ! An inside source says that the couple are early days, but do have deep feelings that have been there for a while.
They made their first appearance in public together at the People's Choice award where Anastasia Dobrev took home the award for People's Choice Best TV Villain!

Both have been linked to other people and in other relationships, but nothing ever seems to last long. It's rumored that the couple has been dating since Stasia Dobrev departed The Vampire Diaries, months after her split from co-star and on-screen romance Ian Somerholder.
