Change the World - Kissing

The breath of life passes

between your lips to blend with all

the breath across the ages ever expelled by all

the living creatures that have graced

this earth before you.

Your breath is my breath

and our breath and all breaths of all

time and nothing is new to this living, pulsing,

breathing planet with life breathing

and devouring each other.

The water of life trickles

from your lips as you savour that

all enrapturing moment taking you across the

threshold of awareness to bliss and

enfolding you in the moment.

That water as breast milk

which built your life and as pure water

that nurtured your life and continues to do so

no matter how hard you try to flavour it

with the experience of others.

The food of life is kissed

by you with every mouthful and with

every opportunity you eat this or savour that

exotic or mundane food and flavour

depending upon your whimsy.

Have you had the need to give

the kiss of life to save someone from 

death while they lay there going blue as their breath

was used up and the body screamed

silently for someone to help.

Have you received a kiss that 

has stopped you in your tracks and

left you bereft of speach and the ripples of that

one brief touch still cascade through

your life alchemising your soul.

Do you kiss often and savour

that velvet touch across those most

sensitive of nerve dense pouting beauties caressing

life with touch and suggestive

smile that lures others in.

have you become lost in thoughts and 

memories of kissing and loving and losing yourself

in the rapture of being in love and

the feeling that all is complete.

Take the kiss of life with you

in every moment and breathe its essence

back into the world with every loving thought you
