It was spring yet again.
Birds were chirping.
Trees were swaying gracefully.
You were at the park for a breather.
It's been a year after you made that wish.
And it really got your hopes down.
You thought that it was silly now.
I mean, how could a thousand paper cranes grant a wish?
You walked on the stone path,
licking your favorite ice cream.
Although it has been a year,
You still had faith that Jun will just magically appear.
You saw a small crowd in front of you,
crowding two people who sat on a bench.
One that was strumming on his guitar,
and one singing a lovely tune.
A tune that sounded familiar to you.
And as you got closer and closer,
You can hear it more clearer.
But you suddenly fall to the ground.
Some kids knocked you down because they were having a game of tag.
The kids didn't bother to apologize,
Either they didn't notice or they were just plain rude.
You tried standing up.
And as you looked up,
A hand was there.
"Are you o-okay?"
"I-I'm fineㅡ"
And as you looked up to his face.
Tears dared to fall.
"What's your name?"
And he answered,
"Wen Junhui."
