I tried to stay away
Let myself believe
The feelings could leave as they may.
How wrong was I
That I could stand near you
And not feel as though I could fly.
Under the stars I lay,
The constellations demand attention
But it is you where my mind remains to stay.
I can no longer lie
For it's you that has my heart,
I only exist until you're near by.
