Kara's POV
"Where the hell were you!" Miss Grant screams at me. "I-I-I was getting you the prints of the new cover, miss Grant." I say. "Well Kiera I need my damn latte!"
"Yes Miss Grant I will get you your latte." I say. "Why are you still standing there? Chop Chop!" She says and I leave to get her latte.
When I get back and give cat her latte. Our fingers touch and there is the spark again. "I'm gonna get back to work." I say. "Yeah yeah Kiera go do what you need to do." I'm blushing a little bit and through the day I sometimes look into Cats office.
When the day is done and everybody is heading home I feel someone standing right in front of my desk."Kiera it's getting late don't you have to be home or anything." She says with a bored tone in her voice." It's fine miss Grant. Do I need to get you something for your headache?" I ask sweetly. Cat was looking at me stunned." Yeah that would be great." I stand up and go after her medicine.
When I come back I can't find miss Grant. "Miss Grant?" I say a bit louder than usual.
