Castle

There is a castle up in the sky

and i keep wondering how time goes by

why clocks tick fast and then tick slow

but the whole world is screaming for me to go

tick tok tick your clock ran out

a battery change is worth more than a shout

and mine right now is fresh and alive

i’ll give it to you when i close my eyes

or i’ll try and i’ll fail and pump up the speed

of my own, hollow clock and i’ll take the lead

with a thin metal blade cut into red life

and my clock draining out and i’ll pay the price

i’ll meet you at the castle up in the sky

and from from up there we’ll watch together how time goes by
