2 months later....

Yn POV
So me and jacob was heading to the hospital to go get my ultrasound and to be honest my stomach looks a lil big but its problaby me getting a lil fat from the cravings i have. jacob was just driving in the car with a smile on his face and i really dont think i have ever seen him frown ever since i told him i was pregnant and its very quiet in the car so imma break the silence

Yn: hey jacob what do you think the gender of the baby will be??

Jacob: well i really wanted to be a boy so he can beat up any boy that messes with his sister what about you??

Yn: well i wanted to be a girl so i can tell her right from wrong and do her hair and stuff

Jacob: oh ok but to be honest i think we might have more than one baby

Yn: well i dont think so it will be sooo much pain

Jacob: dont worry ill help you get around

Yn: ok thanks

Jacob: no problem

So jacob and yn reached the hostpital to go get the ultrasound done

Jacob: hey yn

Yn: yea???

Jacob: since we are here can we go see my mom after the ultrasound?? (by the way if yall dont remember what gad happened to mama theresa she is in a coma from a bad car accident with yn mom but yn mom died)

Yn: sure

Jacob: ok

They sat in the waiting room for their name to be called

Doctor: mrs.yln

Yn: *walks up to the doctor with jacob* thats me

Doctor: are you ready??

Yn: im a lil nervous but yes

Doctor: ok follow me

Yn and jacob follows the doctor to the room and yn lays on the table

Yn POV
I am very nervous if my baby is healthy or not because my eating isnt healthy but the doctor is putting the cold gel on my stomach

Doctor: ok i see one baby

Yn POV continued
Wait why is he saying he see one baby?!

Doctor: and i see two babies

Jacob: so we are having twins!!!

Doctor: yes do yall wanna know what the genders are

Yn and jacob: yes

Doctor: ok its a boy and a girl

Yn: yay!!! we both got our wishes

Doctor: mrs.yln im going to prescribed you some prenatal vitamins so both of your babies can be healthy and please eat vegetables and fruits and drink lots of water if you have any cravings try to avoid it because its not good for the babies

Yn: ok ill try

Doctor: *turns to jacob* and also yn will have mood swings so be careful

Jacob: ok doctor

Yn and jacob went to mama theresa's room

Jacob: she looks so peaceful i hope she wakes up soon

Yn: me too and i wanna see her face when she hears that she's going to be a grandma

Jacob: haha me too but lets go home

3 months later....

Yn is now 5 months pregnant and looks like she is about to pop

Yn: jacob!!!! can you help me down the stairs!!!

Jacob: ok

Jacob helps yn down the stairs and his phone starts to ring and its from the hospital

Jacob: hello?

Doctor: hi is this jacob perez??

Jacob: yes

Doctor: ok you need to come down to the hospital your mother has......

What will the doctor say???

Did mama theresa woken up???

How will she react when she is now a grandmother???
