Prologue
Every day the sun rises and sets.
Every night, the sky goes dark and the moon shines.
Nothing ever changes; the world will always be the same.
What happens in that world is forever changing.
We thought nothing could tear us apart- we'd never have a real fight or fail to get along. There wouldn't be a secret we wouldn't share with each other, and together we'd always be, just as best friends should.
But of course nothing ever goes as it should, does it?
Lies are always just twisted versions of the truth and never meant to be told. But that has never stopped anyone before, has it? Betrayal and revenge is bad- but it is forever occurring, isn't it? There are so many terrible things in the world that can happen, and so many terrible things that have happened, but do we even learn from out mistakes? One thing can lead to another, and before you know it, an organized event is a jumble of uncontrolled, wild things.
We never wanted this to happen.
Life is hard.
Love is harder.
This is our story.
