My opinion: I've been hearing about the author for ages now so I decided to check out one of her stories. I came across COTN and it'd been in my library untouched for a while before I had the time to read it, and fuck. I'm so glad I picked it up now because I am hooked. Like, the author is one of those accounts you always hear about but don't really know, and everyone had said great stuff about her works so I read COTN and I can rightfully say it's one of the best things I've read in a long time. It's the perfect mix of tantalising horror and dark romance and mystery and thrill and it just leaves you craving more! I really feel like commenting holy shit holy shit please update soon I think I might die but y'know, that'd be pressuring and I don't like to pressure authors into updating because then the update doesn't turn out as good as it would have. So I'm telling y'all to go read Children Of The Night because it's amazing and addictive and hair-raising all at the same time :3
